3 master bedrooms: 1 with Queen and 2 with Full size beds. Each bedroom offers a full private bath (1 with tub/shower and 2 with shower only). Sleeper Sofa in living area.

This home features central AC/heat, ceiling fans, full size washer and dryer, premium cable service with 2 TV's and a VCR and DVD, stereo, wireless internet access, telephones and answering machine. Clock radios and hair dryers.

The large kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and the convenience of a beverage refrigerator.

For your outdoor enjoyment and convenience, Fezziwig's Place offers a fenced yard, furnished screened porch including a swing. Picnic table, gas grill and outdoor hot/cold shower, fish cleaning station and sink, 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, boogie board and beach umbrella.

Pets welcome - no pet fee (maximum 2 pets).

No Smoking. Maximum 8 people, including children. Maximum 3 vehicles.

Allows partial week stays, 3 night minimum, booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Please call for reservations of partial week stays. Saturday check-in.
